If you would like to include an additional door and opener on the same property, it will cost an extra $149.00.

Town & Country is now offering a pre-paid Service Contract that has immense benefits which guarantees NO service fees for any repair on your garage door and opener, parts included!

Service Contract warranties:

1. All service repairs with garage opener and door.
2. Reprogramming of all remotes and keypads twice a year on the garage door and opener covered under the contract.
3. All circuits and parts inside of the opener also including the sprocket, chain, and slide carriage.
4. Includes the wall button and safety beams for your garage opener.
5. If at any time, the service technician decides that a new garage door or opener is needed, the ONLY deductible paid is the over-the-counter price for the garage door, opener, decorative hardware, staining or painting service, weather strip, trim, and windows.  You can choose any type, model, and design you would wish to have on your door. All service and installation fees are automatically included in the Service Contract.

             ***Some labor fees may be applied towards installation of decorative           hardware, the staining and painting service, and any extras that are applied to your garage door.  Please speak with a Town & Country Representative or Service Technician for more details.***

6. If you refer a friend at any time, you will receive $100.00 off the following year’s service contract.

Service Contract does NOT cover the following:

    On Garage Doors:

1. Windows, panels, and parts including the weather strip, trim, and any decorative hardware on your garage door.
2. Any door higher than an 8ft. door
3. Any commercial doors or gate openers.
4. Any painting or staining necessary to match color of door or trim to house.

    On Garage Openers:

1. The body, light cover, or rail of the opener. *If the opener is screw drive, then the rail is included in the warranty.
2. Any hand-held remotes, car remotes, or keypads.
3. Older garage opener models in which the parts are unavailable

***Town & Country does not endorse any type of reimbursement of other company’s fees in any event of an after hour emergency.  Our available hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday thru Friday and from 10:00am – 3:00pm on Saturday. ***

Terms & Conditions:

Town & Country Garage Doors reserves the right at any time to deny service and refund the pro-rated unused portion of the Service Contract.  If at any time, you decide that you would like a refund, a 20% fee will be applied plus the pro-rated amount. Warranty is void if customer or any other company tampers with the door. Agreement is transferable to the new homeowner as long as the Agreement and the purchase receipt remain intact.
